Imagine That.

Long ago and far away, in the space where night meets day, when I rest my head on my pillow, but before I shut my eyes, I put on my Imaginary Hat.  My Imaginary Hat is special, magical, it can transcend time and space with just a thought.  It sweeps me away to unknown worlds, different times, and far away places where only I can go.

 Wearing my Imaginary hat I, explore the unexplored, the wild, the rough, but I am always safe and secure because my Imaginary Hat protects me, helps me, strengthens me, and leads me forth.  An Explorer.

 Wearing my Imaginary Hat I, vanquish  my foes, fight and win wars, protect the weak and preserve good.  In my hat I am a warrior for justice, a fearless leader, living the good life and fighting the good fight with never a fear.  A Hero.

 Wearing  my Imaginary Hat I, run the hurtles of diplomacy.  I negotiate peace, save lives by preventing the tragedy of war.  I persuade and lead people to my view, and win debates with wonderful and passionate arguments.  An Ambassador.

 Wearing my Imaginary Hat I, delight people with my many tricks, make them laugh with my endless humor, awe them with my grace and style, and amaze them with the ease of my performance while they dream of my success.  An Entertainer.

 Wearing my Imaginary Hat I, baffle all the top scientists with  my wondrous new inventions, write astonishing papers to be published in all the prestigious journals.  I daze them with my intelligence and logic.  I make those intuitive leaps of reason that are the signature of the best and brightest people in the world.  A Scholar.

 Wearing my Imaginary Hat I, comfort the distressed, and quiet the crying.  I give a hand to those in need or in trouble.  I listen to those who need a listening ear, advise and comfort.  I love those without love and defend those with a defense.  A Friend.

 Wearing my Imaginary Hat I, can do anything and everything. No limits, no boundaries does my imagination know when I don my Imaginary Hat.  It makes me feel special and different, it lets me escape, and it sends me off with good dreams.  An Imaginary Hat.
